Life of a student is the most important and probably hardest phase in a person's life. Your entire life, career is based on this phase. Students have to face many obstacles during his/her school life.

As the student starts getting mature he/she starts realizing his/her talent but is unable to work on it because from that phase only the the student is given the threat of the Board Examinations. From everywhere lots of pressure given - from school, from parents, from relatives etc. The talent is considered as time pass for everyone. Every one tells students to study instead of doing all this. No one wants that the student becomes a cricketer, a painter, an actor, an entrepreneur, a singer, a dancer. Everyone expects a student to either become a doctor or an engineer.

The real talent is always kept a side hobby and is not considered to be a proper profession. Student are pressurized to study and study even if the student is not interested in doing it. The student's entire school life is wasted writing practical, journals and sheets. A student is bound to score good marks because parents had invested money on his/her school fees, tuition fees etc. They cant let there parents down.

Unwillingly they have to mug up and write everything they had mugged up the last night in the exams. Obviously this does not work, the student scores less marks and then the parents are disappointed. Even if they try to explain their parents but they are always unable to convince them. Sadly this leads to depression and suicides.

This needs to change. We cant simply ignore talent. We have to CHANGE.
